The UK Government Equalities Office (GEO) would like to consult with you on the gender pay gap in Scotland. On average women working full-time in Scotland earn £108.30 per week less than men (http://www.closethegap.org.uk/content/gap-statistics/) There are a number of factors which affect the pay gap and these are issues which the GEO would like to discuss with you. Invited speakers, including UK Government Minister Jo Swinson MP, will address delegates. You will then be encouraged to engage in a question and answer session with the speakers.
