Open Space’ Event on “Age”
Wednesday 31st August 2011, 10am – 4pm, The Teacher Building, St Enoch Square, Glasgow

Meeting and Information Session: Changes to the Benefits System
13th Sept 2011: 10-11am Business, 11-12.30pm Info session, Adelphi Centre
Changes to the Benefits System: A briefing session on the recent and upcoming welfare proposals and how they are likely to impact and affect women. The session will be facilitated by Richard Gass from Glasgow City Council Welfare Rights who will present a “general overview” for service providers  who would like to increase their knowledge and awareness about the recent and proposed changes to the benefits system.  There will be an opportunity for question and answers afterwards.

Open Space Event: ‘Bringing women together with different religions, faiths and personal beliefs’
6th Oct 2011: 10am – 4pm, Teacher Building
The issues of religious, faith and personal beliefs can be complex, challenging, inspiring and often confusing. This Open Space Event will bring women together with different faiths, religions and personal beliefs to address some of these issues in a safe and respectful environment.  If you feel you have something to contribute or want the opportunity to listen to others experiences and opinions you are welcome to come along and have your say.

Open Space Event: ‘I wanted to change the world but couldn’t get a babysitter!’
8th Feb 2012: 10am – 4pm, Teacher Building:
This event will bring together women who are or have been involved in activism, women who are interested in activism and those who are just curious on how they can change the world!! Come along have your say share ideas for making changes, share experiences and skills and get inspired
